For added security, account administrators can optionally require all users in the account that log in with the Klipfolio email sign-in method to use multi-factor authentication (MFA). Learn more about sign-in options and multi-factor authentication.
To enable an account-wide MFA requirement:
- Click the
button in the left navigation sidebar and select Settings > Security. - At Require Multi-Factor Authentication, click the Edit button.
- Select the checkbox to Enable MFA for the account.
The next time affected users sign in they’ll be prompted to set up MFA, including removing all remembered devices and entering a verification code for new devices. Note: Those who sign in using a 3rd-party option (Xero, Google, or Intuit) will continue to use that method and will not be prompted to configure MFA.
