Our email notifications alert you when a data source is unable to refresh.
What's included in the email notification?
The email notification includes the following information:
- The name of the data source that's failing to refresh.
- A message describing the error, for example, "Facebook Videos data source has one or more refresh failures".
- The date and time the notification was sent.
- An Open data source link that takes you to the Refresh Info page for the data source where you can queue it for refresh and view error log information.
- An Unsubscribe link. Note: If you unsubscribe, you will not be able to re-subscribe.
