Everything you create is stored and accessible in your Klipfolio account. You can find these assets in list format, with search and filter capabilities.
Tip: To make it easier to find your dashboards, Klips, and data sources, be sure to give them meaningful names when you create them.
Finding your asset lists
Your asset lists are accessed from the left navigation sidebar.
- Klips: Click Klips to see a list of your Klips. Filter the display using the drop-down, find items using the search bar, and sort by clicking a column name.
- Klip dashboards: Click Dashboards to see all of your Klip dashboards. Filter the display using the drop-down, find items using the search bar, and sort by clicking a column name.
- Data sources: Click Data Sources to see a list of your data sources. If you don’t see the above option, go to the bottom of the left navigation sidebar and click your Account Name > Data Sources instead. Filter the display using the drop-down, find items using the search bar, and sort by clicking a column name.
- Users: Click Users to see a list of all users. If you don’t see this option, click the
button in the left navigation sidebar and select Users. Find a specific user with the search bar and sort by clicking a column name.
