This article describes the Klips' left-side navigation menu, the point of access to all of our Klip features and to your account, company, and personal settings.
Note: Clicking the 
Collapse button collapses the side menu, providing more space to display your Klips.
Edit logo
When you hover your mouse beside the Klips logo, an Edit button displays. This enables you to change the logo to represent your company by either uploading a new logo or typing your account name. See How do I change my dashboard logo? for more details.
Menu options
From the side menu, you can add assets, such as dashboards and Klips, and access lists of your resources. You can also invite new users, access help articles, change the appearance of your workspace, or access your account page. Continue reading for more details.
Dashboards
Use dashboards to organize and effectively display your Klips in meaningful ways.

To access existing dashboards or to add new ones: Click the 3-dot menu beside
Dashboards in the left navigation sidebar to open your Dashboard Library (where you can see and interact with existing dashboards), or add a new blank custom dashboard, or add a pre-built dashboard from the Dashboard Gallery.
A list of open, active dashboards, displays under Dashboards in the left navigation bar, giving you fast access to the dashboards you use the most. When you add a new dashboard, it's automatically added to this list and to your Dashboard Library. Learn more about working with Klip dashboards.
Klips
Visualize your data in Klips and display them on a dashboard.

To access existing Klips or to add new ones: Click the 3-dot menu beside
Klips in the left navigation sidebar to open your Klip Library (where you can see and interact with existing Klips), or to add a new custom Klip. You can also add new custom Klips and pre-built Klips (from the Klip Gallery) from an open dashboard.
Data sources
Connect your Klips to meaningful data by selecting a data source from your library or by creating a new data source.

To access existing data sources or to add new ones: Click the 3-dot menu beside
Data Sources in the left navigation sidebar to open your Data Source Library (where you can see and interact with existing data sources), or to add a new data source.
Users
To access users, click the 
button in the left navigation sidebar and select Users. To access group and role settings, click the button in the left navigation sidebar and select Account. Then, on the left, click Groups or Roles, depending on the action you're performing.
For legacy accounts: Go to the Users page by clicking 
Users in the left navigation sidebar. This is also where you access the groups and roles in your account. Click the + button next to Users in the side navigation to invite multiple users at once.
Help
You have access to a variety of resources to guide you when using Klipfolio.

Themes
Use the 
Themes icon to switch your background theme between slate, light, and dark.
Select products and switch between desktop and mobile view
If you have access to Klips and PowerMetrics, you can switch between them by clicking the button at the bottom of the left navigation sidebar and selecting Products.
If you narrow your browser window, you’ll also see the option to switch to mobile view. While in mobile view, you’ll see the option to switch to desktop view. (If you don't see the button, click your Account name and select Profile to switch to desktop view.)
Account and personal settings
Click on your Account Name to sign out of the account. Click on the button in the left navigation sidebar to access general account settings and plan details or to buy a plan.
For legacy accounts: Click on your Account Name to access your general account settings and plan details or to buy a plan. This is also where you sign out of your account.
